I just love candy corn. I think I've mentioned that before. I try to avoid eating it, since I have no self control, and inevitably end up eating enough of it to make myself sick. I should be ashamed, it's so bad for your teeth, etc. :)
At least I can make toy candy corns that won't ruin my digestion. I started working on these guys yesterday. Given my current obession with "Tiny Needle, Big Yarn!" I needed an excuse to make something tiny. I've also learned how to make an invisible decrease in crochet, which has made making tiny items a lot more possible. I know, it sounds ridiculous that I didn't know how to do this, considering how long I've been crocheting for, but my crochet education has been a little spotty.
I found out Friday that I will definitely be at Bazaar Bizarre Boston this year! I'm quite excited to go again--I had such a blast last year and got to meet so many nice people. The event is December 9, from 12-7. If you're in the area, you should definitely go. It's a great time and there are plenty of interesting crafters.
I'll be off to work on some more candy corn, and maybe a few other fall items, I'm not sure. These guys are up on the etsy shop. Have a great weekend!
